Differential expression of type I IRS keratin genes in three breeds of sheep.

The article studies the expression of type I 1RS keratin genes in three different breeds of sheep including Aohan fine wool sheep, small-tail Han sheep, and Laiwu black goat. It informs that study investigated the differential expression of specific genes related to hair follicle development during the growth and anagen phases among the breeds. It reflects that expression keratin genes in the neck and groin during wool growth phase were examined by microarray technology in the three breeds.
