Expression level of melatonin receptor genes at open antenatal and postpartum in various tissues of chicken.

The article studies the expression of melatonin receptor genes in various tissues of chicken. It informs that the study used real time-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method to compared the differences of expression level of genes including MTNR1A, MTNR1B and MTNR1C between open antenatal and postpartum in chicken. It reflects that the three receptor genes showed different expression in various tissues and physiological periods of chicken.
