Abstract
- The article explores the leaked White Paper on Australia's defence budget model for 2013. On page eight of the White Paper, it stated that the defence budget model is realistic and appropriate for the uncertain fiscal circumstances of the country, but is still able to deliver the government's priorities. The author says the omission of SEA 1180, which aims to build 20 new multi-role naval vessels, is one interesting section of the White Paper.
