Abstract

The article focuses on the new technologies used in foreign language education. It says that language educators have adopted technology in the classroom, making language more relevant and accessible to students. Some of these technologies include University of Maryland Eastern Shore's (UMES ) state-of-the-art classroom, online classes, and the use of clickers, which are handheld devices students can use to answer questions instead of raising their hands.
