Abstract: To solve the present problems, a JITT-based college students evaluation system is constructed and applied in Bohai University's program on elementary education. On the basis of JITT teaching mode, networked classrooms are used to evaluate students' performance, so that students may find their own drawbacks in study and take corresponding measures.
