Bringing back the birds.

The article features dairy farmers and couple Graham and Rosemary Davison, who won the Waikato River Authority catchment improvement award at the 2013 Ballance Farm Environment Awards for the Waikato region, New Zealand. Particular focus is given to the couple's efforts to preserve the remnants of native bush on their farm in Otorohanga. The couple's approach to preventing flood damage is discussed. Their strategies for farm management and milk production are also discussed.
