Abstract
- The article discusses the England and Wales Court of Appeals Civil Division's ruling in the 2013 case Parshall v. Hackney which deals with Great Britain's adverse possession doctrine, land titles, and a reported mistake by Her Majesty's Land Registry. Other topics include boundary disputes, the concept of concurrent possession, and land registration rules in Great Britain.
