Detection of nonylphenol and persistent organic pollutants in fish from the North Pacific Central Gyre.

Highlights: [•] We detected PBDEs, PCBs, and pesticides in young yellowtail from the N. Pacific Gyre. [•] 10.5% of the sample population ingested synthetic debris.
