Abstract
- The article offers the authors' insights on the pathological disorder tinnitus, which is frequently associated with somatosensory system damage, head injury, and hearing loss. The authors say that tinnitus may occur on situations such as diminished cochlear signals to the dorsal cochlear nucleus (DCN). They also state that there is no existing cure for tinnitus, which is an imbalance in the auditory region of the brain.
