Abstract

Four employees at a residential care facility for the elderly were allegedly forced to work long hours - sometimes more than 16 hours a day - but were only paid between $2.57 and $5.38 an hour, according to a lawsuit City Attorney Dennis Herrera recently filed accusing the owners of failing to pay minimum wage or state required overtime.
