Abstract
- Reports on an investigation by the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Virginia state police of an illegally taped 1988 private conversation of Virginia Governor L. Douglas Wilder, the nation's first elected black governor. The tape was allegedly in the possession of staffers of Wilder's opponent, United States Senator Charles Robb.
