THE THRILL OF PLAYING MOZART ON MOZART'S VIOLIN & VIOLA.

The article features the 18th-century violin and viola played by noted composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, flown to the U.S. in June 2013, accompanied by six employees of the Salzburg Mozarteum. The instruments, belonging to the Salzburg Mozarteum Foundation, appeared at the Boston Early Music Festival on June 10 ,2013, and were played by violinist Amandine Beyer and violist Milos Valent, then in New York where violinist and composer David Fulmer played it at the Austrian Cultural Forum.
