Abstract
- The article offers information on the judicial decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in the case of Turner v. Rogers, in which the court extended the right to appoint a counsel in the immigration removal proceedings. It discusses the procedural due process rights for noncitizens and analyzes the history of their right to appointed counsel in civil proceedings in the U.S.
