Abstract
- The article discusses a court case filed by Atlantic Marine Construction Co. Inc. against U.S. District Court for the Western District of Teaxs in the U.S. in October 2013. In this lawsuit the court ruled that a civil action can be transferred by a district court to any other district as per the consent of parties involved.
