Abstract
- The article deals with a study which investigated various antigens including CD29, CD34, CD44, CD 90, CD133 and D1k-1 in four canine hepatovellular carcinoma (cHCC) cell lines by flow cytometry. Topics discussed include information on these surface antigens, which are considered as stem/progenitor or cancer cell markers, and findings which suggest that these surface markers have potential as diagnostic tools and will be helpful in cHCC characterization.
