- Highlights: [•] Adlay has been used as a traditional Chinese medicine. [•] We examined the effect of the adlay product in clinical study. [•] Skin condition was improved by intake the adlay product. [•] The adlay product had significantly decreased numbers of nucleated epidermal cells.
