Abstract

The article discusses the court case, U.S. v. Stringer, wherein the defendant was arrested by Missouri State Highway Patrol due to suspected drug use and child pornography. Topics discussed include the stopping of defendant's vehicle for missing license plates and busted tailights, the confirmation of methamphetamine presence in the car and belongings by drug test kit and by canine sniff detection, and the discovery of nude photographs in sexual act with a child companion and the defendant.
