Abstract

The article focuses on the problem posed by fragmentation debris, which results from the explosion of residual fuels and bad batteries from spacecraft. Topics discussed include the incidents that led to an increase in the number of fragmentation debris, the estimated number of objects existing in various orbits and the countries responsible for debris. Also mentioned is the threat posed by orbital debris to space activities.
