Abstract
- The article reflects on the journey of English musician and guitarist Jimmy Page from being associated with band Yardsticks from 1966 to 1968 to founding rock musical group Led Zeppelin. It discusses splitting of Yardsticks, which Page joined replacing guitarist Paul Samwell-Smith, due to issues among its members including Keith Reif, Jim McCarty, and Jeff Beck. It lists the Yardsticks tracks that Page developed under Led Zeppelin including "White Summer," "Glimpses," and "Think About It."
