Abstract

The article focuses on the current status of consumer protection regime in Hong Kong, China. Topics discussed include consumer protection against the unfair terms of the contracts, requirement of law reforms in the contracts related to consumer services in Hong Kong and laws made for the regulation of interests of local consumers of Hong Kong. It further discusses the languages used in the construction and interpretation of contracts made.
