Abstract: The article explores on the gas explosion accident at JJ's Restaurant in Kansas City, Missouri in 2013 which was taken into a DVD version in Spanish language. It notes the remarks of the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) claiming on August 15, 2013 that the accident may have been averted if the employer of the drill crew had provided Spanish training materials. It also notes a separate citation of OSHA faulting the excavator for having ill-defined hand signals.
