Abstract
- The article presents tips on how to make Latin flan, a baked custard topped with caramelized sugar, and several recipes including Perfect Latin Flan, Almond Latin Flan, and Coffee Latin Flan. Topics discussed include use of evaporated and sweetened condensed milk, addition of warm water to prevent caramel from sticking to the pan, and use of loaf pan ease in unmolding and to produce a sturdier flan. It also offers information on evaporated and sweetened condensed milk.
