Abstract

Today, even though teachers in different provinces in China have basically reached the qualification standards set out in the Teachers Law, the relevant data show, however, that the average pay level in educational profession has long been in low standard and below the average of those of public functionary, a condition that reduces the attraction of the profession. The present author here puts forward a number of substantial measures for the solution, a proposal which is significant for the advances of the cause that may function to help develop the country in all other respects.
