Regulations of Social Security and the Rules Made and Observed by the Rural People in the Ming and Qing Dynasty.

The government in the Ming and Qing dynasty had issued a series of regulations on the social security. At the same times, the union of the rural people also made some regulations, which was to supplement the government's regulations. The government and the rural people (including prosperous families) cooperate with each other to safeguard the social orderly.
