Abstract
- Isolated motor third, fourth or sixth nerve palsies are a well recognized complication following botulinum toxin injection for hemifacial spasm or essential blepharospasm. A case of hemifacial spasm secondary to giant aneurysm of the internal carotid artery is reported, stressing the importance of further investigation if such neurological sequelae develop.
