Abstract

The single phase powder YBa2Cu3O7−xwas prepared via sol-gel method. The agglomerates of YBa2Cu3O7−xphase synthesized at 880°C and 900°C keep the shape of the particles of precursor, ultrasound is effective in crushing of the precursor plateled particles. The using of EDTA as complex agent leads to the lower carbon content (0.044% wt) in the final product.
