Abstract

With a summation-free ß<superscript>+</superscript>-endpoint spectrometer the ß<superscript>+</superscript>-decay energies of<superscript>104</superscript>Sn,<superscript>147</superscript>Tb,<superscript>148, 149</superscript>Dy,<superscript>149</superscript>Ho,<superscript>150</superscript>Er, and<superscript>151</superscript>Tm were remeasured with improved accuracy. Combined with known proton and alpha decay energies, the resulting Q<subscript>EC</subscript> values lead to atomic masses of very neutron-deficient isotopes including nuclei beyond the proton drip-line such as<superscript>109</superscript>I and<superscript>113</superscript>Cs. Furthermore, the Gamow-Tellerß-strength of the even-even nuclei<superscript>104</superscript>Sn,<superscript>148</superscript>Dy, and<superscript>150</superscript>Er is reevaluated with reduced uncertainty.
