Abstract

Adopt a fuzzy PID control algorithm in order to solve the control difficulty which caused by the uncertainty lag of temperature control in chemical reaction kettle. The algorithm is realized by utilizing PLC system function. The system takes full advantage of the features of PLC control system, such as flexibility, reliability, and strong capacity of resisting disturbance. Field application result shows that the system eliminates the impact of time-varying delay on control function well. It has good robustness.
