Structural and thermodynamic signatures that define pseudotriloop RNA hairpins

Pseudotriloop structures in RNA are recognized features involved in RNA folding but it has been difficult to predict their formation based on sequence alone. This study using NMR and UV-melting analyses reveals RNA features that contribute to formation and stability of pseudotriloop structures.
