Abstract

According to the comprehensive performance of electric glass regulator detection process, the installation screw hole of the glass regulator often was damaged when electric glass regulator was installed, so the flexible clamping mechanism of floating force was is designed, to fix and clamp the electric glass regulator, and all flexible clamping mechanism was emulated and analyzed, the results show that the flexible clamping mechanism is safe and reliable, so the theoretical basis was provided to optimize and design the online comprehensive performance equipment in the further.
