The reaction of trimethylsilylamidines with 2-chloro-1,3,4,5,6-pentamethylborazine leads to the corresponding amidinoborazines and chlorotrimethylsilane. 1H, 11B, 11F NMR spectra, mass spectra and characteristic IR group frequencies are reported.
