Abstract
- Spinal neuroarthropathy, which is progressive destructive spinal arthropathy occurring after neurologic damage and associated loss of neuroprotective pain and proprioceptive reflexes, is described, including clinical characteristics, pathophysiology, multimodality imaging findings, and the most common imaging mimics.
