ChemInform Abstract: Rhodium‐Catalyzed Synthesis of Threefold Substituted Olefins from Ethene Derivatives and Diazoalkanes.

The rhodium‐catalyzed reaction of diazoalkanes such as (I), (IV) or (VI) with the alkenes (II) or (VIII) yields the title compounds (III), (V), (VII) and (IX) with turnover numbers in the range between 15 and 460, depending on the solvent used and the nature of substituents.
