Abstract
- The femoral prosthetic patch is a surgical procedure frequently used to treat atherosclerotic lesions involving femoral artery bifurcation. Even though it is an easy to perform procedure, surgical management of complications, first of all graft infection, may be challenging, with a high morbidity and mortality risk for patients. We report our experience on surgical treatment of femoral patch infections.
