Abstract
- A case of cirrhosis following the administration of methotrexate for psoriasis is presented. The typical picture of minimal derangement of liver function tests with longāterm continuous therapy is demonstrated. Psoriatic patients appear to be at risk when treated for long periods with folate antagonists. Liver function tests are a poor guide to the hepatic toxicity which may result.
