Abstract: To use diffusion tensor MRI to quantify and compare degeneration of the pons and cerebellar peduncles in multiple system atrophy (MSA), progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP), and Parkinson disease (PD) and to relate changes in diffusion measures to clinical features and localized atrophy.
