Abstract
- The in vivoformation of Cu(DDC)2complex was induced by disulfiram and Cu2+released from PLGA nanoparticles. This strategy avoids many obstacles in the use of Cu(DDC)2complex as a chemotherapeutic and exhibits excellent inhibition to mesothelioma.
