Abstract

RASgenes (HRAS, KRAS, and NRAS) are commonly found to be mutated in cancers, and activating RASvariants are also found in disorders of somatic mosaicism (DoSM). A survey of the mutational spectrum of RASvariants in DoSM has not been performed.
