- •Amp(1q), HRCA ≥2, high CTC levels, and a longer time to reach first MRD negativity are significant predictors of unsustained MRD negativity.•Maintenance treatment with carfilzomib-lenalidomide reduces the risk of unsustained MRD negativity vs lenalidomide alone.
