Abstract

•A deep learning-based framework is devised for the comprehensive molecular and prognostic stratifications of triple-negative breast cancer.•A tissue type classifier is developed and incorporated in the framework to decompose the tissue on whole slide images and replace manual annotation.•A novel online platform is built which can be clinically implemented and realize real-time one-stop prediction for new cases.
