Abstract

•PTCy is associated with a lower risk of chronic GVHD, reduced relapse, and improved OS, PFS, and GRFS vs CNI-based prophylaxis.•PTCy yields superior outcomes compared with CNI-based prophylaxis in adult patients with HL undergoing HSCT from HLA-matched donors.
