Abstract

Supplemental Digital Content is Available in the Text. The identification of nonneovascular retinal pigment epithelium-basal lamina–Bruch membrane splitting represented the main optical coherence tomography phenotype involved in the progression of retinal atrophy. This phenotype is associated with a faster evolution with a more significant expansion of the atrophic area compared with other phenotypic lesions.
