Abstract
- This study investigates the potential of NucleoBases (NBs) materials, with a specific focus on Thymine, as HTL for QD‐LEDs. NBs materials offer cost‐effectiveness compared to traditional organic optoelectronic materials, as they can be extracted from renewable sources. When Thymine was inserted at a thickness of 5nm, a stepwise structure was implemented, resulting in increased hole injection into the EML and consequently enhancing the overall performance of the device.
