Abstract

•There are issues with the criteria for post-hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome (BOS) leading to delayed diagnosis.•Several solutions that can be implemented to improve the criteria.•A multidisciplinary group has proposed new criteria for post-HSCT BOS in children.
