Lanostane Triterpenoids and Triterpene Glycosides from the Fruit Body of Fomitopsis pinicola and Their Inhibitory Activity against COX-1 and COX-2

Two new lanostane triterpenoids (<BO>1</BO>,<BO> 2</BO>) and <BO>10</BO> new lanostane triterpene glycosides (<BO>3</BO>−<BO>12</BO>) have been isolated from the fruit bodies of Fomitopsis pinicola. Their structures were established primarily by NMR experiments and chemical methods, and their biological activity against COX-1 and COX-2 was investigated.
