Abstract
- TEL/AML1 fusion gene is one of the most common non-random genetic aberations in precursor B cell acute lymphoblasatic leukemia in childhood and is considered as independent good prognostic factor. In the present study we have analyzed the immunophenotype of leukemic cells and the presence of tel/aml1 fusion transcript in RNA samples in 20 children with ALL.
