The contribution of obvius-sutil subscales MMPI-2 to malingering detection

Con una muestra total de 3.035 sujetos a los que se les ha administrado el MMPI-2 hemos intentado mostrar el comportamiento de las Subescalas de Wiener-Harmon (1946) y su puntuación total sobre la contribución a la detección de los protocolos falsificados en este tipo de prueba. Para ello hemos distribuido a los sujetos en distintos grupos: normales (N = 1.723), clínicos ambulatorios (N = 561), sujetos instruidos para mostrar la buena imagen de sí mismos (N = 282), sujetos instruidos para ofrecer la mala imagen de sí mismos (N = 269) y un grupo de sujetos (N = 200) que contestan al cuestionario del MMPI-2 de forma aleatoria. Nuestros resultados muestran que la variable Tot. O-S (Total Obvio Tot. Sutil), se obtienen fundamentadas conclusiones para poder identificar el fingimiento de los protocolos. The MMI-2 has been applied to a whole sample of 3,035 subjects trying to show how the Wiener-Harmon Subscales (1946) work and how their complete scoring lead to detect the faked protocols in this kind of test. For that reason the subjects were distributed in different groups: normal subjects (N = 1,723), clinical subjects (N = 561), subjects that were told to show a good image (fake good) from themselves (N = 282), subjects that were asked to show a bad image (malingering) from themselves (N = 269) and a group of subjects (N = 200) that answer the MMPI-2 at random. With our findings regarding the variable Tot. O-S (total Obvius-Sutil) we reach the conclusion that we can identify the pretence in the protocols.
