Gestión de incidentes organizacionales del sector sanitario mediante la implantación de BWISE como herramienta GRC

Por medio del presente proyecto se mostrará las distintas posibilidades y funcionalidades que ofrece la herramienta software BWise, como herramienta de GRC (Gobernabilidad, Riesgo y Cumplimiento), a través del desarrollo de un módulo de gestión de incidentes organizacionales enmarcado en la implementación de un proyecto completo de BWise. En primer lugar, se plasmará un marco teórico sobre la herramienta en cuanto a su arquitectura y estructura, así como las posibilidades que nos ofrece para desarrollar el módulo en cuestión. Se presenta la gestión de roles que realiza BWise, aplicándolo al módulo de incidentes, así como la gestión del permisionado en el sistema. Se expone un caso práctico de implementación de un módulo personalizado de gestión de incidentes los cuales transcurren a través un Workflow determinado, mostrando su configuración y personalización para cubrir las necesidades del cliente. Del mismo modo, se muestra como transcurre el proyecto de implantación a lo largo del tiempo en diferentes fases, a la vez que se especifican distintos detalles de este. Como conclusión vemos las ventajas que puede obtenerse de BWise como herramienta GRC, la cual centraliza diversas funcionalidades de manera organizada mediante una interfaz atractiva e intuitiva. En el caso de módulo en concreto desarrollado en este documento permite realizar una gestión eficiente de los incidentes de una organización a través del reparto de tareas entre los diferentes roles que atienden a distintas responsabilidades. Abstract: This project will show the different possibilities and functionalities offered by BWise, as a GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) tool, through the development of an organizational incident management module as part of the implementation of a complete BWise project. Firstly, a theoretical framework about the tool will be set out in terms of its architecture and structure, as well as the possibilities that BWise offers to develop the module. Also the role management carried out by BWise is presented, applying it to the incident module, as well as the management of the permissions in the system. A practical case study of the implementation of a customized incident management module is presented. These incidents are processed through a specific workflow, showing their configuration and customization to meet the client's needs. Likewise, it is shown how the implementation project go through different phases, while specifying different details of it. As a conclusion, we see the advantages that can be obtained from BWise as a GRC tool, which centralizes diverse functionalities in an organized way through an attractive and intuitive interface. In the case of the specific module developed in this document, it allows an efficient management of an organization's incidents through the distribution of tasks among the different roles that attend to different responsibilities.
