Abstract

課題を生徒が共有する仕組みをつくり,授業担当者の目標設定や授業計画の参考とさせ,メンバーの協同意識の高まりを図った.<br />In order to foster the qualities and abilities necessary for health promotion, we are implementing Physical Education lessons called “My Sports” in our fifth grader where the students themselves initiate the lessons. The students in charge of the lessons, who will switch each time, will evaluate the lesson afterwards and the other members will also self-evaluate their efforts toward each lesson. The PDSA cycle is processed to make clear the tasks found out through these evaluations for the next lessons and these tasks are passed on to the next students in charge. My Sports is divided into four periods a year and the tasks that are made clear from the result of the questionnaire conducted at the end of each period are carried over to the next term. The authors created a mechanism for the students to share the tasks and by using them as a reference for the students in charge to set targets and to plan each lessons, we aimed in raising the members' cooperative awareness.
