Proficiency test for allergens in food 2014

Abstract: In the autumn of 2014 a proficiency test for allergens in baby cereal was organized by RIKILT, Wageningen UR. This PT-test enabled laboratories to evaluate their competence for the analysis of allergens in baby cereal. Both quantitative and qualitative methods were accepted. The proficiency test was carried out according to ISO/IEC 17043, however this specific test is not part of the accreditation.
